If you struggle to hold yourself accountable, or feel unsure about what you should be doing in or out of the gym, Josh provides clarity, structure, and accountability to ensure that you reach your fitness goals.
The core tenet of Josh’s philosophy is sustainability, because his top priority is making fitness a part of your life, for the rest of your life.
To maximize the holistic wellbeing of his clients, Josh factors in nutrition, sleep, mindset, and work-life balance, on top of fitness training.
Men's Health Specialist
During his senior year as a dual major in Biology & Exercise Science, Josh published an award winning thesis on male reproductive health, making him an ideal choice for busy men who suspect they may be suffering from low testosterone.

Collegiate Athlete
As a four-year starter for Endicott College football, Josh's leadership skills and winning standards helped his team win three consecutive championships. He now applies these same principles to help his clients succeed in and out of the gym.

NASM Certified Personal Trainer
After earning his MBA, Josh went on to complete his NASM Personal Training Certification, giving him practical know-how to translate his scientific knowledge into actionable strategies for his clients.
Hybrid Training
Josh keeps his competitive spirit alive by training for Jiu-Jitsu and Spartan Races, which inspires his hybrid training approach: a balance of athletic development to keep clients functional, alongside bodybuilding principles for muscle building and fat loss, helping clients sculpt aesthetic physiques that perform as well as they look.
